Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about every collectible you purchase from Mog’s Palace. We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all included accessories, components, and original packaging.

Factory-sealed collectibles must remain factory sealed. Opening a sealed collectible may materially affect its condition and value and may make it ineligible for a discretionary return.

Pre-owned collectibles must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all accessories and components included with the original purchase.

Return Shipping

For eligible discretionary returns, including change-of-mind purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and appropriately insured shipping method, particularly for higher-value collectibles.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from an error by Mog’s Palace or otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your collectible arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the item is materially different from its listing, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please retain the item, original product packaging, shipping carton, and packing materials. Photographs may be requested to document shipping damage or other issues.

When Mog’s Palace is responsible for an eligible return, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before a refund appears on your account.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled while eligible under our cancellation rules and before fulfillment has begun. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the applicable return process.

Final Sale Items

Items specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for discretionary returns or cancellations. This does not limit any rights you may have when an item arrives damaged, incorrect, materially not as described, or where applicable law provides otherwise.
