Shipping Policy

Orders from Mog’s Palace typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully processed.

Every order is carefully packed with collectors in mind. Whenever applicable, we take special care to protect both the collectible and its original packaging during transit.

Shipping rates and available delivery services are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change its destination.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the shipping carton, packing materials, product packaging, and item and contact Mog’s Palace as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of the shipment and damage to help document the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Packaging & Collectible Condition

We understand that original packaging can be an important part of a collectible. Items are packed accordingly, but minor wear to product packaging can occur during carrier transit.

Any pre-existing packaging wear will be described or shown in the individual product listing whenever applicable.
